RETURNS
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final, non-returnable and not available for refund.

Damaged Items: Items damaged during shipping may be replaced or refunded. In order to process a damage claim, we will need pictures of the damaged item(s) and pictures of any damage to the shipping box(es). Once we have documentation of the damages, we will reach out to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
We're a small business, and we handmake each and every order ourselves, so please allow 5 to 8 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to prepare your order for shipping. U.S. orders should arrive 1-2 business days after items have been shipped. International shipping is not available at this time. You will receive a shipping notification after your order has shipped (check your spam folder if you do not receive one).

If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we can advise if it will arrive in time. If you ordered multiple items, they will sometimes ship separately from other items in your order.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct during check out. We will not refund or replace items, if they are sent to the wrong address. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay.

Shipping Policy

If you have a problem with your order, please send us an email with your order number.

Customer is responsible for entering in the correct mailing address at checkout. If you made a mistake, please contact us ASAP and if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your shipping otherwise your order will go out as it was entered by you. Packages that are returned to us for an insufficient address will be issued as a store credit to customer minus any shipping costs.

Hope Hill Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and they will not be refunded or exchanged. Please contact your local post office if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps or file a help request form with the USPS. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control and we can only go by what the tracking information says.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, provide your order number and we will instruct you on how to move forward in ensuring that you receive the correct product.
